1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the fbjl platform, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the fbjl platform constitutes your acceptance of any modifications or updates to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use fbjl services. This age requirement is in strict compliance with Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

fbjl services are intended solely for users physically located within the Philippines. You may not access or use fbjl services if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of fbjl complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Creation and Security

To use fbjl services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You agree to:

• Maintain only one account per person (multiple accounts are strictly prohibited);
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure;

fbjl reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment methods. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals and entities are prohibited from creating accounts or using fbjl services:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have self-excluded from gambling activities;
• Employees of fbjl and their immediate family members;
• Individuals located outside the Philippines;
• Persons who have previously had their fbjl account terminated for violation of these terms;
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using stolen identities.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

3.1 Deposits

fbjl accepts deposits through authorized Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph. All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. fbjl does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your fbjl account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified with approved identification documents;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name;
• You must meet any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are specified on the withdrawal page;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days, though actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider;
• fbjl reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing withdrawals.

fbjl does not charge withdrawal fees for the first two withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may be subject to a nominal processing fee. Anti-money laundering regulations require that withdrawals be processed using the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on fbjl are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit funds in a different currency, they will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates, and currency conversion fees may apply.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

fbjl offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and must be reviewed carefully before claiming any bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

All games offered on fbjl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streaming to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) are published transparently for each game and are independently verified by third-party testing agencies.

5.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void. fbjl will investigate any reported malfunctions and, if confirmed, will refund affected bets to players' accounts. fbjl is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected bets.

5.3 Irregular Play

fbjl reserves the right to investigate and void bets or winnings arising from irregular play, including but not limited to: exploitation of software bugs, use of betting systems or strategies that abuse game mechanics, collusion with other players, or any other form of advantage play that violates the intended gameplay. Players suspected of irregular play will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before any action is taken.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

fbjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders. 6.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a period ranging from 6 months to permanent exclusion. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbjl and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using fbjl services if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating multiple accounts;
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods;
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of third parties;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games;
• Exploiting software bugs or game malfunctions;
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities;
• Money laundering or other financial crimes;
• Harassing or abusing fbjl staff or other players;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise fbjl systems.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by fbjl

fbjl reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other legitimate reason. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide an opportunity to respond before taking final action, except in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity where immediate suspension may be necessary.

8.2 Self-Initiated Closure

You may close your fbjl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, subject to verification and wagering requirement completion.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gameplay) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of PHP 100 per month, deducted from the account balance. If the account balance reaches zero due to inactivity fees, the account may be closed. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the fbjl platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of fbjl or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on fbjl without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fbjl and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of fbjl services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gameplay. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of fbjl shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the 90 days preceding the claim.

fbjl is not responsible for losses arising from: internet connection failures, server downtime, payment provider delays, game malfunctions (beyond refund of affected bets), or any other technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of fbjl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

11.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute between you and fbjl, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate formal legal proceedings. You agree that any legal action arising from these terms must be commenced within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to Terms

fbjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email and/or prominent notice on the fbjl website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of fbjl services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

15. Severability
